This one day course is intended to provide the necessary information and guidance to enable an Approved Certifier of Construction to understand the scope of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and associated standards. This course provides guidance on Scottish Building Standards Scheme as well as training on the current Technical Standard.

This course is one of the requirements for all electrical installers who intend to register as an Approved Certifier of Construction under the Scottish Building Standards System. This course is also suitable for refresher training for current Approved Certifiers.
